Washing Machine:

Step 1: Place all your clothes inside the washing machine 

Step 2: Add the laundry sheet on top of your clothes 

Step 3: Start the machine.

Hand wash:

Step 1: Fill a bucket of water. 

Step 2: Add the laundry sheet into the bucket and stir until it dissolves. 

Step 3: Hand wash your clothes as usual.

Yes, we offer free shipping at orders over $25. The shipping fee will be discounted at checkout and you'll see the text "Free shipping".

We want you to be happy with your Laundry Sheets products and offer returns on domestic orders 30 days after they are shipped. If for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase contact us at hello@laundrysheets.com and we'll do everything we can to make it right. The 30-day window begins on the day the product is shipped and returns must be received within 30 days.

You are responsible for shipping and we suggest shipping your return package with tracking so that you can confirm that it has been successfully delivered. If a tracking number is provided a refund will be processed sooner.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us, unused and in the same condition that you received it and require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not refund any donations made to non-profit partners.
